Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our business team. In this hybrid role, you will work on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization including product managers, engineers, and business leaders to deliver impactful solutions. You'll have the flexibility to work from home and our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

• •Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• •Gather and document business requirements
• •Create functional specifications and user stories
• •Facilitate meetings with stakeholders
• •Work with development teams to ensure requirements are met
• •Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions
• •Support testing and user acceptance activities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
• •5-8 years of experience in business analysis
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
• •Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Understanding of SQL and data analysis

The following are considered a plus:

• •CBAP or similar business analysis certification
• •Experience with business process modeling
• •Knowledge of project management
• •Understanding of software development lifecycle
• •Experience with business intelligence tools
