Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, India.

Commitment Fee for Hiring Drives

Edvirra may include a small, clearly stated commitment fee for specific hiring drives to prevent fake registrations, ensure genuine participation, and manage large application volumes. This fee is collected only through our authorized Razorpay payment gateway and is refundable as per our Refund Policy.

Important: Edvirra will NEVER ask for payments through personal UPI IDs, unofficial contacts, WhatsApp, or any other unverified channels. Any such request should be reported immediately to contact@edvirra.com.

By proceeding with a job application that requires a commitment fee, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the commitment fee terms, agree to make payment only through our official Razorpay gateway, and will not make payments through any personal or unofficial channels.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Effective Date

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of November 27, 2025 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
