Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our analytics team. In this role, you will work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights, create visualizations, and support data-driven decision making across the organization. As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with various teams including product, marketing, and engineering to understand business needs and provide actionable insights. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home and our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

• •Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python
• •Create data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau
• •Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data
• •Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
• •Collaborate with teams to understand data requirements
• •Maintain data quality and integrity
• •Support business decision-making with data-driven insights

Required Skills and Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• •0-2 years of experience in data analysis (Freshers welcome)
• •Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• •Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
• •Advanced Excel skills
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Good communication skills to present findings

The following are considered a plus:

• •Prior internship experience in data analysis is highly valued
• •Familiarity with AI tools
• •Experience with statistical analysis
