UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We're looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our design team. You'll be responsible for creating user-centered designs that solve complex problems and delight users. In this hybrid role, you'll work on a variety of projects, from web applications to mobile interfaces, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers. You'll have the flexibility to work from home and our Bangalore office, giving you the best of both worlds.

Key Responsibilities

• •Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• •Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
• •Conduct user research and usability testing
• •Collaborate with product managers to define product requirements
• •Work closely with engineers to ensure design implementation
• •Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
• •Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data

Required Skills and Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• •0-2 years of experience in UI/UX design (Freshers welcome)
• •Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• •Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
• •Experience with user research and usability testing
• •Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The following are considered a plus:

• •Prior internship experience in UI/UX design is highly valued
• •Familiarity with AI tools
• •Experience with front-end development
