PowerBI Developer Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PowerBI Developer Lead to join our analytics team. In this hybrid role, you will lead a team of PowerBI developers, design and develop business intelligence solutions, and help organizations make data-driven decisions. As a PowerBI Developer Lead, you will work on creating interactive dashboards, reports, and data models. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful BI solutions. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work from home and our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

• •Lead a team of PowerBI developers
• •Design and develop PowerBI dashboards and reports
• •Create data models and optimize performance
• •Write DAX expressions for complex calculations
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements
• •Mentor junior developers and share best practices
• •Ensure data quality and accuracy in reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• •4-7 years of experience in PowerBI development
• •Strong proficiency in PowerBI, DAX, and SQL
• •Experience with data modeling and ETL processes
• •Team leadership and mentoring experience
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Understanding of business intelligence concepts

The following are considered a plus:

• •PowerBI certification
• •Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlik)
• •Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• •Experience with Azure services
• •Understanding of advanced analytics
